Tricia Dietrich Amara

Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator

Through my work as a facilitator, author, alternative medicine practitioner and transformational coach, I’ve seen firsthand how much of our suffering is caused by letting our negative limiting thoughts drive us and have shared in the immense joy when clients rediscover themselves, accessing who they truly are.
I constantly draw inspiration from the wisdom of the natural world, finding guidance there for navigating the complexity and vastness of the human experience. I approach this work with a curious mind and an open heart, and I am continually amazed by the inner wisdom within my clients.

About Tricia Dietrich Amara

I have always been curious about the ways in which we connect with the natural world and the spirit world – what can be seen and what is unseen. I came to Oregon from Maui for college, earning my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, followed by advanced studies in Nutrition and Herbal Medicine. During my years as a clinician, I began to appreciate the integral interplay of the “quadrinity” that is essential to the healing process: the intellect, the emotional child, the physical body, and the spiritual self. Motivated to further my education, I delved into shamanic journeywork through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, deepened my knowledge of flower essences, plant spirit medicine, and energy medicine, and became a professional member of the American Herbalists Guild.
Guiding and instructing others along their paths to healing revealed recurring themes – patterns of constraining beliefs and detrimental self-dialogue that led to suffering. This realization prompted me to author “Rooted in Purpose,” which outlined the tools I had developed over time to live as one’s authentic self.

My experience with psychedelics began after working with an ayahuasquero in Mexico. These ceremonies led me to a profound understanding of my own life’s mission – facilitating others on their journey toward self-discovery and ultimately self-love.

My desire and privilege is to guide for you so that you can develop deeper trust in your own inherent gifts, strengths, and ability to heal yourself. In working together, I create a safe and empathetic environment that encourages insights, transformation, and self- acceptance – the cornerstone of cultivating joy, emotional resilience, and a sense of personal empowerment.
