Curiosity has always been my greatest driving force. It’s no surprise, then, that I’m drawn to work that facilitates deep introspection—exploring ourselves, our relationships, and how we perceive the world around us. I see psychedelics as tools that create a unique, creative space for viewing our challenges from fresh perspectives. These new angles often reveal pathways for assembling the “puzzle pieces” of our experiences into a more cohesive picture—one that fosters personal growth and understanding.
In my own exploration with psychedelics, I’ve focused on developing language to describe the psychedelic experience for those interested in embarking on this journey. Preparing for the unknown can feel daunting, but one of the most effective tools we have is intention. Using analogy as a bridge between what we know and what lies ahead in the psychedelic space helps us approach the unknown with greater confidence and curiosity.
