Julianna Fultineer

Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator

I embrace an integrative approach to facilitation, weaving together somatic(mind/body), experiential, mindfulness-based/contemplative, and nature-based methodologies. These diverse tools empower you to navigate the currents of experience, fully engaging with each unfolding moment. Committed to trauma-attuned care, I create a safe container for your journey to organically unfold. With focused training in Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, my training informs my capacity to guide youtowards your own inner-guide and explore rich internal landscapes. While psilocybin facilitation is distinct and separate from my work as a psychotherapist, the principles of these models inform my work with clients.

About Julianna Fultineer

Julianna is a psychotherapist and guide with over a decade of experience guidingpeople on journeys through the wild terrain. She compassionately accompanies individuals on transformative journeys, navigating their inner and outer landscapes. Her connection with nature was nurtured by the lush forests and winding rivers of what is now known as the Pacific Northwest. These lands became the co-creator for her deepening connection to the natural world, to self-discovery, and to expansive (non-ordinary) states of consciousness. Prior to entering the field of counseling, Julianna spent over a decade as a professional river guide, living and learning from the wisdom of rivers.

A lifelong seeker and learner, Julianna felt called to share the transformative power of inner and outer wilderness with others. This calling led her to pursue a Master’s degree at Naropa University, where she earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Transpersonal Nature-Based Therapy. Rooted in this foundation, Julianna intertwines therapeutic principles with the wisdom of the natural world, offering individuals a heartfelt and experiential approach to self-exploration.

In 2023, Julianna graduated from Naropa University’s Certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Therapies. There, she received training in psilocybin facilitation, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, as well as the Lykos Therapeutics (formerly MAPS PBC) MDMA-Assisted Therapy Education.

Beyond her role as a guide, Julianna’s journey includes chapters in theatre and music performance, and as a devoted practitioner of meditation and yoga. Julianna’s brings a multifaceted background to her work, underscoring her heartfelt dedication to facilitating transformative journeys.

Facilitating Your Journey

I believe in the transformative power of embracing direct experience in its fullness. Beyond the conventional therapeutic toolkit, my deep love of ceremony, ritual, and Rites of Passage work informs my approach as well. My goal is to cultivate a supportive container for clients, fostering an environment where transformation can naturally take root.

At the core of my approach is an unwavering commitment to greet you withgenuine empathy, perceptive clarity, and authentic presence. The space fortransformation is a collaboration, with both of us as active creators on this journey. I recognize that the art of healing is intricately tied to the quality of relationship— and try to foster a sense of trust, understanding, and mutual respect.
