Dr. Ian Luepker

Dr. Ian Luepker has been in private practice for 21 years, and worked on psychiatric units for 12 years. He approaches health and well-being from a holistic perspective by recognizing the complex interplay between mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual suffering.

By listening to his patients with compassion, care and respect, his goal is to address both symptoms and their underlying root cause. Dr. Luepker has a special interest in existential medicine and end-of-life care.

He is the medical director of Ashland Consciousness Medicine (ashlandcm.com) which provides ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and integration services. He completed the MAPS MDMA-Assisted Therapy training program in 2022, and is a lead faculty member of Synaptic Institute’s Entheogenic Medicine Training Program which provides psilocybin facilitator training. He lives in the mountains outside Ashland, homesteading with his wife and daughters.

Dr. Sha’ana Fineberg

Sha’ana (Ellen) Fineberg, Ph.D. is a Clinical Psychologist who worked with clients utilizing numerous innovative modalities for almost 50 years. She was licensed in OR, CO, & HI. In Australia and New Zealand, she offered movement, theatre, and ritual-based personal healing workshops and co-created and directed a Breathwork Centre where she facilitated breathwork groups. Sha’ana also has the personal experience of being on an intentional psychedelic medicine path. She has been on the Advisory Council of Ashland Consciousness Medicine, a Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Center, since its founding. She was both student and staff at Oregon’s Subtle Winds Psilocybin Facilitator Training Program, and invited back as an Instructor.

She is committed to quality training of Psilocybin Facilitators and plans to create a “Practicum” for students which specializes in group facilitation. Sha’ana was drawn out of “retirement” by her dedication to what she believes psychedelics can offer both to individuals in terms of deep healing, and to the culture as a whole. She is honored and excited to work with such wonderful colleagues to make Omnia Group Ashland an exemplary Psilocybin Assisted Therapy Service Center.

Ana Holub

Ana Holub, MA, offers forgiveness education, recovery from addiction, and psychedelic integration. She holds a BA in Peace Studies and an MA in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law. She has been a mediator for over 20 years and a dedicated teacher of peace skills and restorative justice for incarcerated adults at San Quentin Prison and for youth at juvenile hall. She was honored as a Champion of Forgiveness by the Worldwide Forgiveness Alliance in 2018. Her book on forgiveness is called Forgive and Be Free.In 2022-2023, Ana served on the faculty of Entheonation’s Plant Spirit School, based in Ibiza, Spain. She also worked closely with psychedelic integration students as the head learning coach for PSS, and provided integration circles after ayahuasca journeys for PSS students during a practicum in Peru in 2023.

Ana is grateful for the deep personal healing and expansion she’s received from psychedelics throughout the last 40 years. With her life partner, Michael Novak, Ana offers Safe Nest, an educational forum for couples, friends and family who are exploring psychedelics for health and inner freedom. She has a private practice in Ashland, Oregon.

Michael Novak

Michael Novak, along with his life partner Ana Holub, is a co-founder of Safe Nest, an educational forum supporting couples, close friends and family members seeking to deepen their relationships through psychedelic co-journeys.

Michael has explored consciousness and healing with psychedelics since early adulthood. Michael’s personal experience includes healing a decades-long addiction to alcohol through intentional use of psilocybin mushrooms. Michael supports other men seeking to deepen peace in their lives to prepare for and integrate psychedelic experiences. Michael is currently in training to be a licensed psilocybin-services facilitator in Oregon.

For the past 28 years, Michael has worked as a hydrogeologist and human-health risk assessor investigating and cleaning up water, soil and air contaminated with toxic chemicals. Michael brings his decades of experience with safety, regulatory compliance and compassionate communication to his career in psychedelics.

Tal Sharabi

Tal Sharabi is a lead educator at the Inner Trek training program for psilocybin guides under the Oregon measure. Tal graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies Program in Psychedelic Assisted Therapies and Research in 2021, is trained in MDMA Assisted Therapy by MAPS and is part of an ongoing training in ketamine assisted psychotherapy with Polaris Insight Center. She provides Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy at Ashland Consciousness Medicine.

Tal is a somatic psychotherapist specializing in integration of non ordinary states of consciousness, working mostly with clients who experience developmental and complex trauma. Tal’s clinical consultation comes from her dedication to client education, collaborative engagement, and vision of service design that honors the unique gifts of psilocybin mushrooms.
